My commitment as your Doula is to help you feel empowered during your pregnancy journey, birth of your baby and postpartum time.  I am with you every step of the way, offering evidence-based, non-judgmental and loving support, helping you feel secure and comfortable as you explore this new stage of life together.

Birth Doula Services

---

Prenatal Support

• A complimentary meeting to get to know one another and decide if we are a good fit.
• 2 prenatal meetings to understand any worries, fears or concerns you may have.  We will also discuss your birth plan and practice relaxation and natural pain relief techniques.
• Availability 24 hours a day, by text, telephone or email (continuing after the birth of your baby).
• Reiki is also available on request.

Birth Support​

• On-call at 38 weeks, joining you either at home or your chosen place of birth at your request.
• During the birth I will be your continuous support, either directly, or as your partner's coach & relief support.
• I will stay with you for 1-2 hours afterwards to help with breastfeeding & anything else you may need.
• A back-up doula will be available in the rare case that I am unable to attend due to sickness or an emergency.

Postpartum Support

• A visit the day after the birth of your baby, whilst you are recovering in your place of birth.
• Available for support via phone, text or email during the first few weeks after the birth.
• I will visit you in your home during the first couple of weeks to talk about your birth story and provide any help and advice during this period of adjustment in your lives.

Costs:

• Birth Doula Support - $1500*.
• Private Pay, HSA/FSA, OHP Opencard, OHP PacificSource Community Solutions, OHP YCCO, OEBB/PEBB (Moda & Providence) accepted.

Postpartum Doula Services

Supporting you in your transition into parenthood.

• Postpartum Doula packages are available a la carte.
• Daytime or nighttime.  Allowing parents to catch up on missed sleep or take a relaxing shower or bath.  Doing laundry, light meal prep, doing the dishes, sitting and listening; as a Postpartum Doula I bring my expertise, resources and comforting presence to support you in your parenthood journey.

Costs:

• A la carte, $35 per hour.
• Please ask enquire about putting together a package specific to your needs.
