Reconnect

  • Reiki is gently administered by the practitioner lightly laying their hands on the client
  • It is a technique that increases a person’s supply of life energy
  • Reiki works with the energy within our bodies, throughout our electromagnetic fields and our physical body
  • A Reiki treatment helps our mind, body and spirit to reconnect

Reconcile

  • ​As Buddha said, "The mind is everything.  What we think, we become”​
  • ​Balancing the energy, subtly we reconcile the disharmonies in our lives, within our mind, body and spirit

What to Expect

  • ​After a brief consultation, relax fully clothed on the reiki (massage) table.
  • Drift off listening to beautiful music composed to help the reiki energy flow throughout the session.
  • Laying my hands gently on you, I will work with the energy of your body, inside and out (within your aura), using the Usui reiki technique.
  • As well as working on all areas of your body, I will also focus on energy blockages, particularly using the chakra system.
  • After each session we will have time to discuss anything you noticed during the session.

Reiki Session Rates

I advise first time clients to book a 60 minute session - $60.
​(This will give us time to complete an intake form & talk about Reiki & its effects.)
If a client would like a shorter session, the rate is $1 per minute (minimum 30 minutes).
